It is important to analyze various aspects of the learning environment and the learners themselves. I work with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure my design process is effective and my  learning materials meet the needs of the learners and the organization. 

I draw on my years of  experience with developing instructional materials, such as presentations, handouts, and online modules, to create visually appealing and informative materials to help learners achieve their goals. 

I use a variety of instructional design tools, such as graphic design software, and authoring tools, to develop and create effective instructional materials that are comprehensive and engaging.
