I'm Lavonda Dalton, an instructional designer. My portfolio showcases my expertise in designing effective and engaging learning experiences for a variety of audiences. Drawing on my extensive teaching background, I have developed a deep understanding of the learning process and how to create materials that facilitate learning and knowledge retention. 

 I create interactive, engaging learning experiences that incorporate adult learning theory and help learners retain and apply valuable information to their jobs. I have earned several credentials in instructional design from the Applied Instructional Design Academy (AIDA). I consider myself a life-long learner, and I constantly attend workshops, webinars and other training sessions to help grow my skills in a variety of authoring tools. 

I use my years of experience as an instructional specialist and educator to design and develop learning solutions that result in performance and behavior changes.
